Finca de Adobe Oaxacan Spiced Coffee (Café de olla) 340g
Its name "olla" comes from the spanish word pot, as its traditionally made and served in a clay pot. With a touch of cinnamon and piloncillo, this is the most authentic way to drink coffee in Mexico.
How to prepare?
For 4 cups / 1 liter of coffee:
- Mix 4 spoons of "Café de Olla" with 1 liter of water in a pot.
- Heat the water over low heat and remove just before boiling.
- Let the coffee rest for 5 minutes
- Enjoy your Café de Olla.
